ABOUT MY PRACTICE

I am a Level 3 Pilates Instructor based in Bristol city centre supporting clients from a small studio or in the comfort of their own home. My fitness journey started with practicing and teaching kettlebells but I realised that improving posture and stretching were key to my own progress, this led me to fall in love with Pilates. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness into my own fitness routine I strive to improve my own personal health and wellbeing and that of my clients. Sharon.
